Wonderful Agent, Inc. ("Wonderful Agent", "we", "us") takes privacy seriously. This policy explains the personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when interacting with our website, products, and services.
We collect information you give us directly — for example, when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us. This includes your name, work email, company, and any messages you submit. We also collect technical information automatically as you use the service: device data, log data, cookies, and product usage analytics.
When you use the product, your agents read from and write to the third-party systems you connect — your CRM, ERP, helpdesk, ATS, calendar, and so on. We process that data ephemerally to perform the work you've authorized. We do not train shared models on Customer Data, and we delete intermediate processing data on a defined schedule.
We never sell personal information. We share information with subprocessors that help us run our service under written confidentiality and data-protection agreements. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time and we'll honor it within 30 days unless we're required to retain it.
Your data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Our service is not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
